I made some more picture for a local golf club, they can use in their new internet site header. This header is very wide and very low (as headers usually are) so I had to take that into account with my compositions. I choose a very low camera angle and extreme wide aperture for an interesting depth-of-field.
The golf shop was so kind to lend me some premium clubs for these shots.
It was a cloudy day but that’s fine for these kind of shots. This way you have a constant light source (the sky is one big soft box!) and with a remote flash I was totally in control of the lightning.
The flash was equipped with a warm-up filter (sunlight temperature) and a small soft box. I shot all images with my 85mm f/1.2 set on aperture 1.4 to 2.8.
